CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS :
Cancellations should be received by Transbalkan Tours in writing. We strongly suggest the purchase of the Trip
Cancellation and Tour Interruption Insurance. Deadline for cancellation of individual bookings is 48hrs, for groups 1 week prior to the departure of the tour. For cancellations on departure date or below 48hrs, no refund will be
made regardless of the cause, whatsoever. No refund can be made for any service not used. Rates are based on group participation and no refund for portion not taken-used or for any absence from the tour or cancellation while the tour is
in progress could me made.
