A. Either your tour guide will be waiting for you at Izmir Airport Domestic Terminal. Our tour guide will hold your name board.
Q. What If my flight delays?
A. For the booking, we will ask your flight details. We will follow your flight and our tour guide will be ready for you at Izmir Airport. If you have difficulty finding our tour guide, please call the emergency phone number: +90 536 225 5658
Q. Should I tip my tour guide?
A. It’s really up to you. If you enjoyed your tour and feel like you received good service from your guide, it is customary to leave a tip at the end of the tour. It’s not obligatory though.
Q. Can I take your tours if I have walking difficulties or require a wheelchair?
A. We can serve wheelchair users on our private tours. Please get in touch with us before you book, however, and be aware that guests are responsible for pushing their own chairs – tour guides will be unable to do this. Kindly note that Ephesus is an archaeological site with lots of uneven surfaces. It may not be possible to visit the whole site with the wheelchair.

Q. I am traveling with a small child – can I bring a stroller with me?
A. Yes you can bring your stroller with you. All of our vehicles have a big trunk that we can store the stroller.

A. We recommend all customers bring photo ID with their date of birth. The tour involves walking, we would recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes. If you’re visiting in warm weather (May – Sep) we recommend that you bring sunscreen, a bottle of water and a hat. During the cooler months we would recommend that you bring a coat and possibly a rain jacket and/or umbrella.

A. Yes! The tours run under rain too. On some very rare occasions, when the weather is particularly dramatic, the orrder of the sites may change.
